Renovated in 2019, Piccolo Cottage del Lupino is one of the guests’ favorites at Terre di Sacra. A white and essential design, excellent materials and a view over Lake of Burano, make guests renting this charming holiday house come back again in the following seasons.
Piccolo Cottage del Lupino develops around the living area of the house. A dining room with a fireplace and soft white sofas welcome the guests entering from the patio or the garden. The kitchen, compact and very functional, is all in white too. The kitchen doesn’t lack an oven and dishwashing machine and all the necessary tools to prepare delicious dishes. Our guests love particularly the patio and the garden overlooking Burano Nature Reserve, the lake and villas nearby. During stormy days, you can hear the sound of sea waves blown by the wind.
This small cottage is the only one having a direct and private access to the beach through a dirt road running along the lake. A private beach hut is at the house guests’ disposal.
Piccolo Cottage del Lupino is ideal to spend a holiday with children in Capalbio. The villa’s garden is about 1800-square-meter wide and it is perfect to run and jump without risks.
Loads are the sports activities you can practice in Capalbio, in the near Ansedonia and Monte Argentario. In
Capalbio, you can rent kitesurf and windsurf equipment at some of the beach clubs. In Ansedonia, you can rent boats and catamarans as well as take sailing lessons at some of the sailing clubs. In Monte Argentario, besides kitesurfing at beaches in front of the archipelago’s islands, it is possible to rent watercrafts, rubber boats and flyboards.
Nature certainly plays an important role for families who choose to spend a holiday with children in Capalbio. WWF’s Visitor Center at Lake of Burano Nature Reserve of is very close to Piccolo Cottage del Lupino.
